2. Delivery and deadlines
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number for the shipment.

• European Union: 5–10 business days
• United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the courier and the workload around holidays.

All My Serenity shipments are sent in neutral branded packaging, with no visible descriptions of the contents – ideal if the shipment is a gift or surprise.

3. Return and exchange
Yes, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the shipment within 14 days of receipt.
Products must be in their original condition and with labels as received.

⚠️ Important : Replacing a specific item from an envelope is not possible.
If you wish to return your order, you must return all items you received in the envelope.
Returns of individual products from the package are not accepted.
All return costs are at the buyer's expense.
Of course, if there is a defect or error in the delivery, we will take full responsibility and offer a replacement or refund.

Yes, the products in My Serenity Bag are new, but they come from past seasonal collections of fashion brands. This way we reduce overproduction and give new life to beautiful clothes that deserve to be worn, not stored. All fashion accessories and beauty products are new!

My Serenity Bag is a specially created surprise envelope for you, full of selected fashion finds, accessories and cosmetics from world brands.
Each envelope is a unique combination of products, tailored to your size and mood.
We offer 3 price options - naturally, the larger the envelope, the more you save on the price and receive products at a value 50% lower than the selling price of the items.
We believe that fashion is more than clothes – it is a way to express yourself.
That's why each of our shipments is prepared with attention and personal attention to bring you a sense of joy and inspiration as soon as you unpack it.
